The customer service here is GREAT. I worked with Andre, & he is super friendly, patient, & professional. If your looking for some nice frames, this is the place to visit. You will not regret it.

Dr. Lilit Vardina is a great Optician. This was my first experience with her and she noticed right away I had a tear in retinal. She questioned me, whether I’ve been seeing flashing lights and she mentioned it pertains to this condition and referred me right away. Thank you

Went to NYC optical today. And Andre was very attentive, respectful, helpful and easy to work with, went for my son and because of him I even check my own eyes out. He’s the best no cap. Big up yuhself Andre 🫶
