I had a wonderful experience at NYC Optical. The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the entire process. My eye exam was thorough, and they took the time to answer all my questions. Choosing glasses was easy with their help, and I’m very happy with my new pair. Excellent customer service and a welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend them!
Just the most sociable, helpful, kind people that work there. They truly listen to your story, the doctor himself is nothing short of amazing. I've been going to them for eyecare for about 2 years, since 2024. they've seen me go from a guy who didn't know what do in life to a guy who's finally getting his life together, they deserve these 5 stars. Plus, they have air conditioning.
I had an excellent experience at this optical office! From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. They took the time to answer all of my questions, made the entire process smooth and stress-free, and helped me find the perfect pair of glasses.
The customer service here is great! I probably waited about 15 min and was out within 10 minutes. Everyone is also extremely personable! I recommend everyone to come here!
This office is clean and the professionals who work in front are friendly and helpful. During the actual appointment, however, I was suddenly asked to take out my phone and leave a 5 star review in exchange for some optometry pamphlets and resources created by the doctor himself. It was jarring, and quickly slipped in at the end of my appointment, so I left the review as he watched my phone in my hands, and quickly deleted the review after leaving. Being asked suddenly and unexpectedly, by a medical professional, in the middle of an exam to give a positive review of the business, felt pushy and unprofessional and I felt ambushed and taken aback. A year later, a different optometrist found an error in my prescription, leading to a year of having worn the incorrect prescription of my glasses. Be wary of this place and its sterling reviews.
