This 20/20 in Humble was great. The ladies were patient with my son and myself. They were also really helpful and extremely fast. It literally took only 12 minutes for both of our glasses to be ready. WOW!!!!! From 2wk to 12 minutes..Need I say more. I recommend them to any and everyone.

Our experience was so wonderful here..Mr May brought peace to our home when he fix my husband glasses so he could work at his computer and read his work at the same time. I thank him first and 20/20 express for having someone like him. Mary McAlister

The people there are extremely rude. The first day I walked in with my mother and asked for an eye exam, they walked me to the back and asked I'm assuming one of the doctors assistance because he was wearing scrubs, he wears those gauges in his ears and has dark hair (in case anyone else has problems with him) and once the front desk person asked if he could take a walk in he rudely responded with "No we can't actually, maybe tomorrow." and we said thank you and walked out. keep in mind there was no one in the waiting room and we shopped around the shopping center and by 7 (we went around 5) they were still open. The following day we went back and asked the lady at the front desk for a eye exam she walked back and asked the same man if he could take a walk in and he responded ruder than the day before "no not really" as he sat in his desk not even looking up as NO ONE WAS IN THE WAITING ROOM. We walked out and told them how rude they were and as we were walking out the lady at the front desk says to the man with the rude remarks "we'll never mind" very sarcastically and rude like. TERRIBLE SERVICE. DO NOT EVER GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET TREATED LIKE CRAP.
