They gave me an extremely high and completely incorrect prescription for my glasses; they didn't even provide the pupillary distance or explain why I’m experiencing double vision and seeing a spot in my eye. My appointment there was in May, but today I saw a different provider, and the prescription is half of what I was given at that clinic. I do not recommend it at all.
Loved Dr. Huang and would 100% recommend her and her team. Explained my surgery and made sure I was comfortable from day 1.
Staff here was great. Saw Dr Payne. She was great, took time to answer my questions and explain what everything meant. Highly recommend her and will definitely be continuing on as a patient.
Have been a patient/client of 20/20 physicians and the optical store over 30 years. Outstanding service in both areas! Dr. Robinson (now retired), Dr. Huang, and Nancy and Tracy are always great! From normal exams, one urgent visit, and multiple glasses/Rx over the years…the best! Thank you for your expert care!
I highly recommend 2020 Eye Physicians. The team is amazing. Not only do both of my older parents get great medical care with Dr. Huang, Donna, a manager, heroically took over a pair of glasses to my mother (who's not so mobile) at a retirement home. How incredibly nice is that?! Their new office is also great and convenient.
