The size of this organization can feel overwhelming when you first drive in the parking lot. I never felt like a number or “just another patient”. Everyone was always personable and seemed to care about you and your eye health. The entire staff was well educated on the entire process and able to answer questions. When I woke up the day after my surgery I could see without glasses or contact lenses for the first time in over 54 years! Amazing!

Efficient, safe, highly communicative, well-staffed with competent, pleasant optometrists and technicians. Operating room staff excellent. Patient communication top notch. Surgeon spent comparatively little time with me at pre-op screening, less right before the procedures and none post-op. They were responsive when I reported a minor post-op issue, saw me right away.

Our family is so grateful to Dr. Cacchillo for saving our mom’s eyesight. He also did my cataract surgery and a YAG procedure for me. I was nervous about eye surgery but felt at ease knowing I was in his care. He is an excellent surgeon, is kind and caring with patients, and always makes us feel comfortable! I was so scared to have this surgery but after having both cataracts removed a day apart, id recommended this place to everyone. Very explanatory, very fast and all super nice. They welcomed me and made sure my anxiety was gone. A great experience for the 1st time ever having a surgery at 57. I recommend Dr Hopen 💯 %.

I was and have been so impressed! Dr. Carr was excellent in his explanations & options, even more so with the surgery. The support staff were courteous & caring. At my most recent follow up, I was perfect @ 20/20, and only missing a tricky B instead of an E @ 20/15. So thankful for your expertise!!
