I walked in with a tricky prescription for high-wrap sunglasses that other shops didn’t want to deal with. Even though it was peak busy season, Brian took the time to listen to my needs, measured everything properly, and worked with the lab to get it right. Alishia also squeezed me into a same-day contact lens eval, and solved my issues with dry eyes and high astigmatism. Phenomenal customer service!
I've been seeing Dr. Chan for over a year, and highly recommend her expertise and staff for optometry needs. Dr. Chan is the most attentive and knowledgeable optometrists I've been with. Both Dr. Chan and Brian are very patient and show they care by taking time to answer all questions and needs. Their scheduling staff and reminder system are worlds better than any other office. I'll be continuing to visit this location!
I had my eyes checked and received prescription from 20/20 Eye Wellness Optometry this week. Overall the experience was good. I don't have any complaints. I only paid my co-pay. The Optometry did not make me pay for any additional services. In the past, i had checked my eyes with various other optometry clinics, they sold additional services to me and made me pay more in addition to co-pay. The staff was courteous and the eye doctor was very kind and thorough. I liked this place and I would visit here in the future as well. Since they deserve appreciation, I write this review, so this good place can thrive.
Dr. Chan, Brian and staff are very patient kind and easy to work with. My wife and I have been receiving our eye care at 2020 Eye Wellness Optometry since 2019 and they have consistently provided excellent service. They have a great selection of eye glass frames and continue to stay a step ahead in terms of new eye care technology and treatment. Thank you for taking such great care of my families eye health.
