I’ve been coming here for a while now, and every visit has been a great experience. The staff is always incredibly friendly and welcoming, which makes a big difference right when you walk in. The doctors are patient, attentive, and take the time to answer all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed. I really appreciate how thorough they are during exams and how comfortable they make the whole process. It’s clear they genuinely care about their patients and want to make sure you feel confident and informed about your eye health. They also have a great selection of frames to choose from, and I love that they offer top-tier ZEISS lenses, which really shows in the quality and clarity. Overall, it’s always a positive experience coming here. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality care, high-quality lenses, and a kind, professional team!

I ordered multiple ic! berlin glasses from here and loved them. Some things to keep in mind are that - They carry a lot of exclusive brands (ic! berlin, Cartier, Miu Miu, Prada, Lindberg, etc) that you won't see at most places. Personally I love the ic! berlin frames because they're the lightest. As a software engineer, I've survived 100 hour work weeks because the glasses didn't even feel like they were there - There's a lot of options with lens choices, so it's worth it to take your time to explain your needs to the staff so that they know which lens options to recommend. For example, everyday glasses will probably need something different than if you're actively coding for 10-12 hours a day. - Your eye exam results are valid for 2 years, so feel free to get multiple frames (like 1 eyeglass frame, 1 sunglass frame). There's also different shades you can get on your sunglasses, so make sure to ask in detail about this The glasses take 1-2 weeks to deliver, as you pick the frame and then they send it to ZEISS (high end lens cutting lab). If you're looking for some high-end glasses, this place is for you. They don't cut any corners on quality. The staff is super friendly and thorough with their explanations. I stopped by during one of their busiest times to order Contact Lenses, and even though both employees were helping other patients, I still felt genuinely seen and taken care of. One of the staff members in particular really stood out — he managed to assist others while still giving me attention, and he did it with such a great attitude. His personality, kindness, and professionalism truly made my visit feel appreciated. Big kudos to him for going above and beyond even during the rush. Thank you for making my experience such a positive one!

I can't say enough about this office, the staff and the doctor. Everything is top-notch. The office layout very welcoming. It feels more like an art gallery, then a eye doctor's office. The staff are very friendly and attentive. The doc was great and I'll definitely go here for any future eye appoints and/or eyewear.

In love with my glasses and great experience overall. Dr. Truong is super nice and knowledgeable, the eye exam he offers is very thorough and detailed. His wife Mary is also amazing, not only helped me figured out my insurance situation but also accommodated shipping arrangement since I was only in town for a weekend.
