Golden Vision Optometry – Dublin

We have been customers of Golden Vision Optometry for over 10 years, but our experience at the Dublin location was extremely disappointing. A senior female staff member was cold, rude, and impatient from the moment we walked in. More seriously, the glasses purchased here caused dizziness. Instead of checking the glasses or helping resolve the issue, she simply blamed the customer and refused to make any adjustments or take responsibility.

Best opto experience I ever had. They helped me review my insurance in depth and helped with with what I needed. Doctor was amazing. Very patient and polite. I got my prescription updated, got myself great frame and world famous Zeiss lenses. They are hard to find. All around great service. Definitely would recommend!

Ordered prescription sunglasses since May 2026 and have not received them yet. Called 5-6 times since the order to find out the status each time the a pleasant staff person says someone will call back but no phone call with an update. Surprisingly no one can give an update. Even asked to speak to the manager/owner but no one called back still. Considering giving up and asking for a refund. Tried to give this business every opportunity to step up and make it right.

we ordered an ortho-K for my daughter in September but it didn’t go well. The ortho-k looks more bigger than we used before. Then another doctor said we should order a new one in a one month check. After 2 weeks we received the new one. But because the doctor is busy then they made an appointment after two months! As we all know. For the new ortho-k the check needs to be done in a week to check the function. I called a lot of times no one answered the phone.

Absolutely the Ortho K experts. We started Ortho K with another clinic and suffered for more than a year with a poor and painful fittings of the lenses. With 1 try at Golden, they reordered a pair and it was perfect. No more pain! Dr Dang is extremely patient, talented and reliable and I love seeing her every time. I wouldn’t trust my eyes with anyone else.
