Everyone has been very kind every time I’ve been in or called on the phone. I have never had any issues with booking appts or ordering contacts. They are also very efficient and appts have been quick without feeling like I’ve been rushed. My new prescription makes me feel like I can see smells lol
20/20 EyeCare Dr.Barrett and staff are the most caring eyecare folks in town. Dr. Barrett takes his time with you and explains all the details of the exam and addresses your concerns. Something my previous Eye Care Provider did not do. With 20/20 you feel very important to them. So glad we found 20/20.
Listen, if you guys are happy with your current eyecare facility, it doesn't matter, you still need to come here. Dr. Barrett is by far the most amazing optometrist ever. I promise you will come in as a patient and leave out as a friend. He has helped me so many times with random questions I have had over the years, including monitoring my glaucoma. The first time I met him was after knocking a chunk of my cornea out while weedeating. This was the very same day we were going to head north for vacation from colquitt. I was in mega pain so the wife called and he stayed past closing for me to get there and fixed me up. He even checked on me throughout the remainder of the vacation. Needless to say, we changed from our eyecare facility in dothan, to his office. He gained a life long set of patients between me and my wife and 2 kids. Now, my 15 year old wants to be an optometrist and listen, if he shadows Dr. Barrett, then I know he is going to be successful! Just a genuinely good person. Dr? Of course! But being a friend and a Dr, that's just icing on the cake! Thanks 20/20 eyecare!
My Autistic son who'd never had a formal eye exam and I came in for his first appointment. The staff was exceptional and so understanding. I could not have wished for a better visit!
Been coming to this place for eye exams for years! very nice and professional front office staff and Dr. Barrett is excellent at what he does. very personable & nice! Always answers the questions have.
