Sams Club

Went in to get 4 tires put on my car. I did not have an appointment so it took around 6 hours. The guy working on my car took three of the wheels off the vehicle. When he went to take the rim lock off of the last wheel to remove it, he didn't seat the rim lock tool and spun it with his impact gun. It trashed the rim lock tool I had for my car. Needless to say they could only mount three of my tires. They informed me that it was my responsibility to have the rim lock removed after they broke my tool. And I had to make another appointment to install the last tire I had purchased. So I went to the Kia dealer and purchased a new rim lock tool. The cost with tax was $50.00. Just went and had my last tire installed and I had an appointment this time. I was there for 2 hours. They got the tire mounted. But left the rim lock lug nut in the cup holder of my car. Along with the rim lock lug nuts for the other three wheels. So basically out of the 5 lug nuts that are supposed to be on each wheel. I only had 4 per wheel. And I asked them when I brought it in to please put the rim lock lugs back on my car. Long story short I am very disappointed in the quality of work being done in their shop. To the point that it could even be dangerous to people who pay good money to have tires put on their vehicles. I will never go here again for tires or anything else. Funny thing is that these people really do not care about the safety of their customers. I am going to tell everyone I know about this experience in hopes that they can avoid an unsafe situation on their cars.

I always enjoy going to Sam's Club. Recently I brought my friend and he wants to get a membership to go regularly as well. My husband enjoys the variety of foods and services they offers. The employees are usually very nice & helpful. Sometimes people are having bad days but they're only human and they see hundreds of people a day who usually only have problems and are mad. My family and friends will continue shopping at Sam's.

I want to recognize the following employees for outstanding customer service: Maketta, Nikki, and Cheryl. All three really tried to help me the best they could trying to resolve an issue I experienced when subscribing as a new member on June 7. The issue was finally resolved that afternoon. Thank you so much.

I was at self-checkout getting ready to pay when I realized I didn’t have my bank card with me. I asked an employee named Isaiah if there was a way I could pay with my phone, similar to Walmart Pay. His response was, “You can do whatever you want to do with your phone,” which came across as unprofessional and unhelpful. Instead of offering guidance, he left me to figure it out on my own. He could have simply explained that I could use the Scan & Go feature to pay through the Sam’s Club app. Better customer service and communication would have made the experience much smoother.
