Dr. Swayne was thorough, kind, and clearly explained everything during my exam. The office staff was pleasant, well organized, and efficient. I felt confident in the results. Highly recommend.
Staff is awesome at the front desk. They’re fun. Damien was nice for a change. He’s being trained very well very impressed. It seriously seriously the service is just over the top. Damien is awesome. A nice lady here at the front desk is helping me and the gentleman‘s front desk is helping me. They have a good sense of humor and I’ll be coming back for business as long as I’m living,
Damien did a great job fixing my glasses, and had a great attitude and personality at the same time. Five star experience! He was very knowledgeable about how to make tweaks to the glasses to make them fit perfectly!
Im new to the area and was worried it would take awhile to get an appointment. They scheduled me quickly and the exam was fast. Everyone that works there is so nice. Dr. Miller was exceptional at explaining everything I needed. 10/10
I had such a great experience with 20/20 this week. From the initial call to make an appointment to picking up the glasses. My exam was with Dr. Phan in Carbondale. He was patient and answered all my questions. I don’t remember the tech’s name but, she was clearly very knowledgeable and also answered all my questions. The person helping with choosing glasses was friendly and helpful and when I passed through Glenwood less than an hour later, my glasses were ready. Thank you 20/20!
