My husband and I had our grandbabies with us. Everybody in there was so friendly and made the children feel welcome, even had things for them to do!!! Refreshing being able to get our eyes done and have the kiddos with us!!!! Love the doctor, followed him from the other side of town!!!
Got an appointment within a week of stopping in. Cash pay patient. Clean and quiet office. Friendly staff. Great with kids! They were upfront with costs while I was making the appointment. Very please and highly recommend!
I had the best experience at 20/20 i care. I can’t recommend them enough the entire staff is very professional and thoughtful. Dr.Steven was extremely helpful and patient with my wife and I.He was very thorough and helped ease my anxiety around contacts . He took his time with both of us, made sure we were comfortable and really went above and beyond. We truly appreciated his kindness and professionalism.
Very professional and everyone in the office was very friendly and kind. They were all super on top of everything and it seems like the entire office is run very efficiently. I would definitely recommend going there. The doctor was thorough and went over everything with me after the exam. I didn't feel rushed at all. Love this place.
I called about a month ago to make an appointment for me and my spouse. When asked about insurance, I told them there is no change. Appointment was made for today for medical (spouse is diabetic) and routine visit next week for both of us. On today we get there and are told they don't take my insurance. She looks and sees it's the same as last year but is still adamant that they don't take the insurance (BCBS). We leave and I call my insurance to verify the information and I am told that they are in network with the insurance. I call back to inform them and the GIRL hangs up on me. It wasn't an accidental hang up as they have NOT called back. I wasn't rude, just wanted them to go back to check. Let me add that we do not live locally so a waste of time and gas...
