My experience at Eye Care for East Texas was mixed. They were booked up until June but when I asked for a sooner appt., they went far above my expectations by calling me back with a cancelation. I hadn't even book with them they just reached back out - great customer service. On the down side my appointment was at noon, but didn't see the doctor until after 1:00PM. When I did, Dr. Wacasey's staff were great and the doctor was very knowledgeable and took care of my needs and questions. All in all a pleasant experience and I would recommend him and his office.

I’ve seen both doctors at the practice, and they are both very knowledgeable and helpful when answering questions and explaining everything clearly. The eye exams are very thorough, and I always feel confident that they take the time to check everything carefully. It’s clear that they truly care about their patients and providing excellent care. I’m so excited to find An optometrist and team, who cares so much about their patients. From the moment I walked in the door I was impressed with their professional approach to everyone. The exam was thorough, Dr. Donald took the time to explain everything to me and assured me that anytime I needed my eyes checked, since I have glaucoma, they would be happy to see me (her words). Then, I had such a good experience choosing my frames. The technician was very knowledgeable and assisted me in finding the perfect frame. For the first time in a very long time I am looking forward to having new glasses.

Walked in to have glasses readjust, a little talking, next thing I was being seen and fitted for 2 new pair of glasses. Everyone there is so sweet and helpful. A huge shout out to Miss. Shelly, she is best, and I fully trust her with everything.
