Higly recommend this office for your eye needs. I was seen for possible eye infection. The front desk staf was cheerful and helpful. My check in was quick and correct. I only waited 5 minutes to be taken back for my appointment. The doctor was so calm and gentle with my care. Very much appreciated since I was having eye pain. I was checked out for my appointment by a helpful nice gentleman. I highly recommend this office. They do eye glasses and contacts. Office was filled with a wide variety of options for glasses.

The store is very open and has a friendly vibe to it. The Dr is very in depth when it came to seeing me. Ray is very positive. Patrick knows what he is doing and very knowledgeable. Everyone in the store had a good smile and positive attitude. I will definetly be coming back.
Definitely do not take time off work to make this appointment. I scheduled an eye exam a couple days ago, got a confirmation email, and went about my day. A couple days later, I arrived at the office 15min early to fill out paperwork. When I gave my name to check in, I was told that I did not actually have an appointment. I asked the receptionist to double check while I pulled up the confirmation email. "No, sorry. It looks like we tried to contact you to confirm the appointment but couldn't reach you, so we cancelled the appointment and it was given to someone else." "Why wasn't I contacted?" "We tried to contact you at (not my number?) but couldn't reach you". "Right, you said that, but you have my email, so why wasn't I informed of the cancelation, so I could reschedule or at least not drive down here?" "We confirm using the phone number provided." "You can confirm using email, too, tho. For a cancelation, especially?" "No, sorry" At this point I show them the email, confirming my appointment. "I'm sorry but we tried to reach you. I can reschedule at a later date, or cancel your appointment." "You've already cancelled my appointment!" I did not reschedule. Overall, the receptionist was rather obnoxious, and became noticeably sassy and defensive when I tried to get an explanation as to why I wasn't contacted by email to let me know my appointment was cancelled. Just an automated response, essentially saying "we called this random number idk what else you expect", repeatedly, and shaking their head. I still fail to understand why I'd even need to confirm an appointment I made, personally. Unprovoked. It's weird. Anyway. Seems like a nice place if you can get in, just know that it's on you to schedule your appointment, make sure they have your number, make sure they call your number. It's not enough to receive a confirmation email. If you don't let them know you really want your eyes checked, it's a wrap. Call them up if you haven't heard back within a day. Definitely do not drive down there just because you scheduled an appointment and got a confirmation. It's not enough. It's actually meaningless unless they contact you and feel that you're being honest in your attempt to see better. They're busy, have things to do, please understand. Best part is, I got an email 5 minutes after my scheduled time telling me my appointment was cancelled. So they can email you. Obviously. But anyone who knows anything knows that.
I am writing a review for Dr. Leena Go at 20/20 Image. Over the past few years, I have seen many different eye doctors, but none compared to my experience with Dr. Go. From the moment I visited, my vision concerns were truly understood and addressed. Thank you for perfecting my vision. I don’t often write reviews; however, I believe great doctors deserve recognition when you find one. Thank you again. I picked up my contact lenses and glasses today, and it only took one week to receive my order. Everything was perfect. The eye technicians and receptionist were wonderful and helpful, and they even offered to make adjustments to my glasses if needed anytime . Thank you!
This is my second time seeing Dr. Go, and both experiences have been amazing! She is thorough, patient, and personable, and takes the time to address concerns in a comprehensive and compassionate way. The staff were so also wonderful- Kyle was the one who helped me, and he was efficient, friendly, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. The staff made a fun event of helping me choose frames I felt good about, and had me in and out in a really reasonable amount of time. They worked within my insurance benefits so that I barely even spent money. I left feeling really happy with how I was treated and cared for. 10/10 would recommend, and will definitely be returning for my next exam!
