The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable 🎉When my pair of eye glasses 👓 were accidentally damaged, one of the staff members helped me fixed it as it was covered by the warranty. Focused on Eyes 👀 is the best place for eye care and protection 😇
I’ve never heard of this place until today. I randomly found it on my insurance app showing in network places. So i decided to call and from the second the answered the phone I knew this would be a great place. The lady was so nice and helpful and didn’t give me any bad vibes. She booked my appointment for same day. When i walked in it was a very clean place and the few ladies in the lobby were super friendly welcoming. I checked in. It was all a smooth process. When i was taken to the back for my eye exam yhat lady was also very nice and professional. I felt they actually cared there. The actual eye doctor Dr. Lucas was amazing and her assistant was also nice. I was able to leave with a trial pair of contacts the same day and that never happens because my eyes are very bad. The frames selections were great. I loved this place. I will never go back to any other eye doctor after visiting this place. Thank you to all staff and Dr. Lucas

Absolutely love this office. Dr. Lucas is so personable and takes the time to explain everything (and I ask a lot of questions). I have been a patient for 3-4 years and never had a bad experience. My last visit was today and honestly was fun. Talking with the staff and the Dr. about everyday life. Very nice people and knowledgeable. Highly, highly recommend!
I've been going to dr. Lucas for a few years now and it's always such a pleasure to visit her office. She and her staff are professional and friendly. The places is always clean and orderly. I like the fact that there's no pressure into buying frames from them but rather your options are clearly explained and ultimately the decision yours. I also like that some days her office hours are later than 5pm. Would highly recommend it to anyone willing to give it a try. You won't be disappointed!
