Not sure why it takes multiple calls over the course of several days just for them to answer the phone. My boyfriend & I both have been trying to get through to them so he can order more contacts. When we finally get through the lady on the phone was in such a rush to get off the phone you could hardly understand her. Then when they call to let us know his contacts are ready we show up & all the doors are locked. The online hours very clearly state that they’re open & I didn’t see a single sign that says they were closed for the day or they updated their hours. 🤷🏻‍♀️ doesn’t seem like they want business to me.

I had none of the negativity listed in some of the previous reviews. Every person I interacted with was friendly, courteous, and helpful. Including the doctor. This was my first visit and I was happy with my eye exam, the help with my insurance and my glasses. My thanks to the staff of 20/20!

For 30+ years I took my business to 20/20. I was a loyal customer. Now they do not take my insurance. I am wearing glasses I purchased from them. When I purchased these I was advised that they would service them (screws, adjust them, basic upkeep). In the past I had taken glasses I purchased from them for repair. When those glasses were returned to me I was advised that they not only replaced the missing screw but they had buffed the lenses to remove some of the scratches. I called to ask if I may bring my current glasses (which I purchased from them) to have them buffed. Tammy basically called me a liar. She argued with me saying that they never had buffed glasses. When I recounted the visit that I had where they DID do that, she said that never happened that it wasn’t there. It DID happen and it WAS there because that’s the only place I have received eye care since the age of 25 (I’m now 60). My insurance will change and it will be insurance that I know they accept and I would have returned to them as a patient but after being talked to in this manner and accused of lying about something that is factual I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN! This behavior was unacceptable. It was rude and unprofessional. Once I had insurance that they did not accept their behavior became very disrespectful. I have not been a patient of theirs for two years now and since then I have had other experiences with them like this one. Dr.Tron is an AWESOME eye doctor!! I give him 5 stars and would recommend him to everyone. But if you want to make an appointment with him DO NOT MAKE IT AT THE MARSHALL, MO, 20/20 OFFICE!

I went in to 20 20 to help my mom get her eye prescription which they refused to give to her after her eye exam . which she is required by law to give to her. And the owner still refused to give it to her so we got into a heated argument about it and as I was walking out I told her that her customer service was the worst ever and that I was going to give her bad reviews on Google. she followed me out of the store and we were yelling at each other and she said to call 911 which never happened and then the UPS drive got in my face and bumped me in the chest and threatening me as she was yelling at me to get off of her property and to never come back on her property ever again. The owner is very wrong and lost her cool over a prescription for a 83 year old lady. I have never in my life ever been treated this bad by a business.

I have been using them for many years. He does an excellent job of eye examination. Have always been pleased with their services. I recommend them highly.
