Dr Na is professional and patient. He always listens to my concerns and check my eyes very thoroughly! Highly recommended!

Excellent service all around! Dr. Na has been my optometrist for nearly a decade -- best doc I've had in my many years of wearing contacts and glasses. He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and patient, and he is absolutely committed to providing a comfortable experience and dispensing the perfect lenses. AND he's fun to talk to. Everybody on staff is very friendly and helpful -- no grumpy faces if I miss an appointment, need emergency lenses shipped internationally ASAP, etc. The whole team is great -- highly recommended!

Dr Na is super helpful and thorough. From day 1 he takes the necessary time to explain what is going on, what are the causes, and his reasonings for a solution. On day 10, he patiently goes through those steps again. Highly recommend to anyone! The staff is also amazing love Lisa and Christiana!

I am writing to say thank you to Dr. Benjamin Na and the staff at 20/20 Optometry for all of their help during my last visit. Doctor Na is very knowledgeable and always takes the time to understand and resolve my health concerns. His staff is also always super friendly and helpful when I need help! I strongly recommend Dr. Na and the team at 20/20 Optometry!

I like the staff very much. Great customer service. Dr. Na is very thorough and knowledgeable. He want to make sure that everything is exactly the way your eyesight should. He is very easy to talk to and listens to what you would like. Answers all questions that you have. I recommend him to anyone who wants a very good optometrist.
