I was disappointed with my experience here. I felt like there was a strong focus on pushing sales rather than actually listening to what I needed. There was a lot of pressure to purchase additional products/services, which made the experience feel more like a sales pitch than genuine customer service. On top of that, I found the prices to be extremely high, especially considering the overall experience. I understand that businesses need to make money, but the pricing felt excessive and not worth the value provided. Overall, I left feeling pressured rather than appreciated as a customer. I hope they can focus more on providing a comfortable, transparent experience and less on pushing sales. I honestly could not recommend this place whole heartedly. Your time should be sent elsewhere

I had an excellent experience at Foster City Eye Care. The appointment was efficient and well-organized. Dr. Manisha Suresh was thorough and professional, taking the time to clearly explain the examination and address my questions. I also want to call out Jolene, who was incredibly friendly and welcoming. She made the whole visit feel comfortable and easy from start to finish. The entire team was courteous and attentive. Overall, a very high standard of care.

My annual eye exam started on time. The staff is welcoming and the technician explained each step clearly. Dr.Perez is amazing who gave me enough time during the appointment. She answered all my questions in details, explained my scan results and did not rush. Overall an excellent experience.
