My daughter and I both got new glasses here and are very happy. They were very helpful in picking out some stylish frames that I really like. When I first got my glasses, there was a slight issue with the prescription in one lens, but Dr. Hynes immediately corrected them and made very sure they were right the second time. They then really helped adjust the frames so that they fit perfectly. I highly recommend 20!20 to anyone needing glasses, especially if they have kids who need glasses.

Dr. Hynes and her staff are fantastic! I’ve been coming to them for years for both maintenance and emergencies and their care is evident. I bring my children with no hesitation!

Candy Stokes was absolutely wonderful. Not only the knowledge of my care but also the selection in the office ! Exceptional customer service with great knowledge made my visit easy and wonderful. Best office in Columbia and surrounding areas !

Update: I love it here and do recommend. Been here multiple times and really appreciate their consistent great customer service………..original post:The 1 con is a pro to begin. Prices for eye wear are competitive with transitions lens cheaper than my previous suppliers ( Walmart & Americas Best) Accepts my insurance and others. Now she did make a sassy comment but I was in the wrong and she held me accountable, so no cons really. Just an AWESOME experience from everyone in the office. Been to their office 2 times and gotta go back to pick up glasses and order contacts for me and my daughter. Also to bring my son! Thank You!!!

Dr. Hynes is exceptional. I have been going to her forseveral years now and have aways found her to be very professional and listenes to your problems. If there is someone better in Columbia I don,t know them. Bill
