Had a great experience with the team and Dr. Cartledge! Very patient with my kids and 100% more thorough exam than our previous eye doctor. They also have a great glasses selection but I really liked that they don’t pressure you to buy unlike other places.
Great experience from start to finish! The staff was friendly and the doctor was thorough and took the time to explain everything clearly. I felt listened to and never rushed. The office was clean, organized, and had a comfortable atmosphere. I left feeling confident about my eye health and happy to have found a place I can trust. Highly recommend!
Had my first eye appointment today with Dr. Cartledge and she was amazing. Her staff were welcoming and the appointment was quick! I had a full eye exam that took less than 20 minutes. Dr. Cartledge is definitely my new optometrist and I highly recommend making an appointment with her!
My daughters needed an eye exam and this would have been their first one outside of what their pediatrician conducts on their well visits. I was extremely pleased with the professionalism of the staff and the rapport Dr. Cartledge built with my girls. She made them feel extremely comfortable especially with it being their first time at an eye doctor. We will continue to support this business and will recommend it to our friends and family. Dr. Cartledge is great. However, the staff is terrible. I don’t know what guy we spoke with on the phone today, but he was very rude when asking for clarification about contacts telling us “we already went over that” instead of clarifying information we didn’t understand.
