The best eye care ever! I have been with Dr. Park and Associates for almost over a decade, and I love her work and quality of care. Even after relocating, I make it my responsibility to drive almost two hours to be in her care. Her staff is incredible and super friendly. I feel at home and confident every time I visit. Thank you Dr. Park and Staff for your excellence!

I got my magic back!! No granny glasses for me!!! Dr. Park is the absolute best. She’s very transparent and personable. I was greeted at the front desk by smiling faces and filled out my paperwork without any hiccups or long wait times. By the time I was done filling out my information , I was called to the back. A young man gave me the run down on what would be happening throughout my visit and he was very helpful with any initial questions that I had. After being prepped for Dr. Park and waiting a few short minutes, she arrived smiling and full of personality. As she was going through her routine, I was able to ask more questions and we talked about all sorts of things. It felt more like an outing than an appointment. I was very comfortable and impressed. She’s thorough and thoughtful. I was able to get what I needed which was an eye exam and a new prescription for lenses. The checkout process was seamless. I could not have had a better experience anywhere else. I highly recommend!!

Dr Park and her staff are sooooooo sweet! Jeanie welcomes everyone with a warm smile. Karrington prepares you to see Dr. Park. She is so understanding of what is happening with your vision. There's almost no need to turn on the room lights because her smile is so bright! And Dr Park .. well, she only needs her machines to confirm what she already knows is going on with your eyes. She's as incredible as her staff and makes the whole experience pleasant.

Dr.Park and her office staff ROCK! My husband and I walked in the office and were greeted by the nicest receptionist. Almost immediately we were taken back to the exam area by a very nice young man who began gathering information from us. I was impressed with his professionalism. Dr. Park then entered our room and I felt as if I’d known her forever. She is not only extremely knowledgeable in her field but made us feel very welcomed to her practice. We love her! She talked to me about my condition and treated it immediately. We had the BEST experience ever. If you need the expertise of a knowledgeable eye professional then make an appointment with Dr. Park. You, too can experience this wonderful doctor and her staff. They are so friendly and compassionate. Their glasses frames are reasonable and look great, too.

I’ve never been so humiliated in my life if been coming to Dr. Dorothy Park’s office for some years now and I’ve never been treated the way I was treated today I had a scheduled appointment at 4pm today I was very early mind you. They took people ahead of me never said anything about being busy at all one of the I guess receptionist came from the back and asked me was o waiting with someone and the receptionist at the desk said before I could respond said oh no she has an appointment she’s just early and look at my phone and it was already after 4pm which was my appointment time. So I still waited thinking someone would let me know something no one did which I found very rude. Again I’ve never ever been treated this way since I’ve been coming to this office. Then I would say they called my name about 4:35pm I refused to go back because my ride with motivecare was to return to come back and get me at 5pm. And I know she wouldn’t have been finished with my exam in 25 minutes. I don’t know if theses are new front desk people or not but I do know they are not the ones that I encountered on my last exam. For sure they need some more training for customer service because today whatever training they’ve had didn’t show up today. Again I’m not a new a patient here at this office. I’ve been coming here for some years now. I didn’t and don’t appreciate the treatment I got today.
