I have been seeing Dr Flynn for over 20 years. He is professional, knowledgable, attentive and has the ability to make you feel like you are his only patient . Friendly team, office is beautiful and appointment right on time

The staff is always friendly and helpful. They are very informed about what the insurance plan covers and what would be OOO. Dr Flynn is great at going over any concerns and always let's me know things to do for sustained and improved eye health.

Had an appointment today at 2:20, I called the office at 2:21 to let them know I had gotten lost and was only a few minutes behind. The gal said that was fine, I even asked if it was a problem and she said no, I got there at 2:26 was already checked in online and they other gal said we got you in. Perfect sit down no issues, there was another couple in front of me. 2:45 ish rolls around and her spouse gets called in & the wife asks if she can go to they say sure. 3:00pm rolls around and I haven’t been called yet. I go to front desk and ask hey when will I be seen the gal says well since you were late (you got pushed back) I said ok 3:20 rolls around still not seen, go to the front desk and ask her to just cancel my appointment. I work in customer service & time management is very important to people. No I’m so sorry, would you like to reschedule nothing so sympathy for the customer. I was never seen, and no appointments will be made here again. While I understand things run behind and people I will note it was just me and the other couple in that office until about 3:10 when 2 other people came in.

I have been a patient for a long time. I trust them with my eye care. They treat you very special and they care for you and about you. I recommend them to anyone that needs eye care.

My daughter saw Dr. Flynn initially and we fell in love with the care, the practice and every staff member. Everyone treated us with compassion, respect and explained everything to us so well. Now, our entire family sees Dr. Flynn.
