Super friendly staffs and doctor. My doctor took his time to explain all the test results and the diagnosis patiently, and repeatedly assured me by saying "I will fix you", which he did. The diagnosis and prescription was accurate. The staffs explained my insurance coverage and price breakdown in a manner which I could understand.
I took 3 of my favorite luxury brand sunglasses in for repairs. I was extremely impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of the team that greeted me. They were also able to repair all of my sunglasses with a quick turn around. I highly recommend if you need new eye wear or repair of existing eye wear, this is the best place to go.
Recently went for an eye exam, glasses needed for sure, but the optometrist was super nice and funny. I loved that he took his time with appointment and didn’t rush me in and out. He also gave me lots of info about what my readings could potentially mean in the future. The staff was so sweet and they had an awesome and unique selection for frames which is rare.
I just stopped in for help fixing my glasses (I am on a visit to the area and was desperate!). I was in and out in under 10 minutes, all the staff was incredibly friendly and professional and JD did a great job! Amazing experience.
