It was a very pleasant experience from checking in all the way to check out. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely continue to use them for my eye care needs.

Receptionist and exam assistant were friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Nunez was polite and thorough during the vision exam, answering questions and offering helpful advice. I've been to many eye care offices over the past 30 years and found 20/20 Vision Center to be an excellent provider for eye exams.
I love Dr. Morris but unfortunately will not be going back to this practice. I arrived for my scheduled appointment and gave my name to the receptionist, who looked me up and then got up and walked away without saying anything. The second receptionist then asked if the first one had gone to ask the doctor whether she would see me. I told her that I hoped so, as I had an appointment scheduled. She then said, “Oh, about that, I tried to call you.” I replied that I did not have any missed calls. She responded that the call was logged on her end, which felt like she was implying I was being dishonest. I was then told that I had scheduled the wrong type of appointment and was told that I would need to reschedule. At that point, I did not have access to my calendar, and the situation quickly deteriorated when the other receptionist came back and told me that the doctor was not going to see me even though I had an appointment. I was not informed in advance that the appointment type was incorrect, nor was I clearly told what type of appointment I should have scheduled when I made my annual vision appointment. This experience was extremely frustrating, especially since I had taken time off work and arrived expecting to be seen. Unfortunately, this is not the first time something like this has happened at this office, but last time they did not place the blame on me, they took ownership of this and said it was on their end. No matter how good the doctor may be, the lack of professionalism and clear communication from the front desk staff makes it very inconvenient and discouraging for patients. If staff cannot be courteous and proactive in helping patients schedule the "correct appointment type" perhaps they should train the patients on their policies and rules for scheduling with this practice.
Abby was wonderful in the testing of my eyes. She checked to see if there was a less strong dilation drop for light colored eyes. Even there there was not, she was able to limit how much was put in my eyes. Typically my eyes stay dilated thru much of the next day, but not this time. Dr. Nunez was very personable and answered my questions well.
Took my daughter to 20/29 Vision Center for her annual eye check-up. The place was professional from reception to check-out. Found the entire process outstanding, taking great care to answer questions and provide exceptional service. The only issue worth to mention is the waiting time, even with an appointment. But it makes sense, the place was rocked with patients.
