I had a very good experience with Dr. Scott McIntosh. He was professional, caring, and took the time to explain everything clearly so I could understand what was going on. He made sure all of my questions were answered and never made me feel rushed. I truly appreciate the time and attention he gave me and would definitely recommend Dr. McIntosh to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and caring doctor.
The entire team is amazing and attentive. Even though this is eye care, it is what was said to me at my appointment and their suggestion to go to the hospital or urgent care right after I was done that saved my life. They paid attention to my vitals and made sure I understood their concern and why they felt I needed to be seen. The service here was superb! The staff are very friendly they greet you when entering the office and get your appointment going. I had very minimal wait time to get called back. The nurse was very personable and efficient at keeping the appointment going. Dr. Tim was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and just a wonderful person to say the least. I highly recommend them for any eye concerns. Highly recommended!!!

Great staff. Lady Aycock was amazing. She really took the time to assess my issue with contacts prescribed through another facility and she worked to find something that was right for me.
