I had a great experience with Chris during my eye exam. He was very thorough, kind, and patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly throughout the appointment. The virtual doctor feature was also very convenient and made the experience even easier. I would definitely recommend Chris and this eye care service to others!
The team was efficient, knowledgeable, and prompt. I was able to snag an appointment quickly and had positive interactions with all staff, technicians, nurses and Doctor. They gather the data from the tests and eye exams and then have an off site nurse and Doctor evaluate the details and zoom call in to the appointment. Chris, at this location, is very knowledgeable and helpful. I would absolutely come back for all of my eye care needs. And it’s super convenient being at Costco. The office also has very state‑of‑the‑art equipment, which made the experience even better. I felt comfortable throughout and appreciated how she answered all my questions. Highly recommend!
Excellent staff, reasonably priced for no insurance. No problems the attendant explained everything I needed to know answered all my questions and concerns. I definitely recommend coming here.
