It was my first time at this office. The staff welcoming and kind. The gentleman who did the exams before the doctor arrived was amiable, answered our questions and was friendly. The price tag for the visit was very reasonable- $40 with my insurance (at another place in years past it was a couple of hundred even with my insurance). The doctor is great too. The staff really shines though since most of the time is interacting with them.

The service here has been terrible. The doctor himself is pretty knowledgeable, doing good tests to check your eye health and the prices weren’t bad got 2 glasses that were not bank breakers but thats about where the “good service” ends. I had asked to have their lab to include the transition glasses because it would be a cheaper option and they told me they’d be ready within 2 weeks and they’d give me a call. I call them after 2 weeks had passed and initially no dice. I call again and they tell me that my glasses are there. I go to the store and they bring out the wrong glasses and I told them they didn’t have the right glasses. They go to the back and come to find out they still don’t have my damn glasses! So either they weren’t listening to me when I give them my information or they just don’t know what they’re doing. Then after 3 weeks of waiting I finally get the call that my glasses are in, go and pick them up and everything looks good until I step outside and my glasses aren’t transitioning. I go back inside and tell them they didn’t put the film so my glasses can transition and so now I’m still waiting for my glasses 5 weeks later. I called them again and asked if my glasses were ready and I give them my info again and the front desk lady goes “oh they’re not in yet” I ALREADY HAVE A PAIR!! Its not about being in, its about being ready. I’m telling y’all that these people don’t seem to have it together and it has been the most infuriating process to get a pair of glasses. Go to Stanton, Walmart, Sams, shoot try Juarez even, but just not here. Update** They never added the transitions to the glasses initially like I asked, didn’t disclose the price of the transition add-on to be $120. SCREW THIS PLACE
I love the staff from front desk to Dr. Louis McMahon. Everyone in his practice is very helpful and knowledgeable. I have never been to such facilities with such beautiful flow to it. Most importantly the eye care that was given to me was amazing doctor read his notes and took action imminently! Beautiful glasses!! I love there all year around Christmas tree
Wow, what amazing service! Dr. McMahon and his staff are incredibly helpful and very professional. I am extremely near sighted, and wear mono contact lenses, so when my former optometrist retired from Envision Optics, they told me that they no longer could care for me as a patient. I was fortunate enough to find that Eye World specializes in complex prescriptions, and they accepted my insurance. I’ll most certainly will be bringing my daughter and husband here for their eye exams. Recommended! 5/5.
I really had a great experience! The staff were very kind and helpful. The eye doctor took his time and my eye examination was thorough. My glasses were ready in about 3 weeks and they are perfect!
