Miguel provided me with an excellent service today. He is super kind and knowledgeable. I tried different frames and he was giving me his honest opinion and good hints to wear my glasses more comfortably. Additionally, he cleaned my old glasses and replace a tiny part at no cost. I'm definitely returning to order my new pair of glasses. Thank you Miguel.

Took my grandmas glasses for a small screw, that was missing. And Miguel was a great help in getting them fixed for me. My grandma had thought she broke them, when in fact it was just a screw missing. Great customer service and very helpful!! Thank You!
Alice was absolutely AMAZING 👏 🤩 very helpful and friendly. She made the impossible possible
Any other time our experience has been 5 stars with Sandy and Christian, but this time my husband was dealing with Monica. That was mistake #1. Going forward we will wait for Sandy or Christian always. My husband has an issue with his glasses that we were not even 3 weeks old … they oddly continued to fog up, causing him not to be able to see. My husband didn’t ask for anything other to have the the lenses replaced as they were still under warranty. Monica fired back telling him they were old. They were not but to add to it she left the order sitting for 3 days, not sent off, waiting for Sandy to get there. It wasn’t until my husband called to ask about the status that Sandy saw the glasses and sent them off. Monica never told Sandy they were there. My husband had to be without any eyewear for longer than necessary. Her customer service is always this way. Maybe she doesn’t like that we are dedicated Sandy and Christian customers and had no option to see her that day but she should treat all customers the same. On the other hand Sandy and Christian always go above and beyond all the time. For years we have been going there and they have treated us with kindness and respect.
Wonderful customer service, only came because other Walmart was being rude as if she didnt want to work but good thing we did because this was a better experience and the lady was so helpful and very explaining of what was needed to understand. Come see Sandy at the vision center she is very good with kids and very understand! Great experience, she definitely needs a raise!!!
