Various members of my family and I have gone here and all visits were met with rude staff. When we’ve tried to make appointments before they told us 3 different times they don’t do appointments. My son came in today as a walk in and waited hours because the appointments go first. ( but you don’t do appointments?) then he is finally seen and told they don’t have time to do his exams and tell him to come back another time. DO NOT waste your time!!

20/20. The one in Monroe didn’t do nothing for me The one in Bastrop did that job it’s the same store the same name, but there are some good people bastrop that will take care of you. This one in my room didn’t do nothing. There are new people there. They don’t respect you so I choose the one in bastrop
