It was very timely not a lot of waiting. Everyone showed friendliness. They explained what was about to take place. Dr Varnes has very good bedside manner. He offered advice, gave options and welcome questions or concerns.
It was easy to schedule an appointment. I filled out my paperwork and they ran all kinds of eye test on me and gave me a prescription for my glasses. The dilated my eyes and when I left I didn't have any shades and my vision was blurry for a little while. I made it back to work and felt better after a few hours. Great people and great service
Always a pleasant experience. Staff is polite courteous, reasonable wait time. My physician is efficient kind and explains procedures and findings. Knowledgeable and professional. I appreciate each one for their service
My experience at LA Eye and Laser is always a great visit. Dr Barnes is a very good eye specialist. He professional and always gives us good feedback during the visit. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a eye specialist!
From the front desk staff and the sweet eye wear assistant to my physician Dr. G, I have always been greeted warmly and taken care of. Any concerns I have had regarding my eye health were addressed and met with solutions. They are wonderful!!!
