I’ve been a long-term patient here, and I can’t say enough good things about this practice. A huge thank you to Karina and Rachel at the front for always being so incredibly helpful and providing such excellent care. They go out of their way to make sure everything is flawless. If you are looking for a fantastic optometrist who truly cares about you as a person and not just a patient, I highly recommend coming here!

My second time here and it was amazing as always. The glasses I got originally a year or so back broke due to my own negligence, not only was the staff able to find me a frame just as great as my first pair, they gave me a temporary fix for my broken ones while I wait for the new pair, I love these people honestly!

I had a few bumps in the road but it was all handled with care and understanding. The lady that helped me with my glasses was awesome. I don't remember her name..? Anyway, she was attentive, kind and helpful. I can see now. Yayyy The doctor was kind and helpful too. Go get your glasses on.

Brought my family of 3 for our yearly eye visit. Our first time coming was last year. We absolutely love and adore Dr. Potochick and his staff. All of them are very nice and kind. They all are very good at their individual jobs. They went out of their way to make my 9 year old comfortable during her exam. They made it fun and put her at ease as she was very nervous. Our second visit was just as nice as our first.

I highly recommend this Dr and office staff. They were extremely understanding of my anxiety and were very accommodating to make me as comfortable as possible. The doctor talked me through each process of the exam, and there was minimal wait time for scheduling, appointment, and glasses. I can't remember the last time my vision was so clear, and I LOVE my glasses.
