It was my first time and the visit went extremely smoothly. Front staff were friendly and helpful. Dr. Langer was professional and thorough. Devon was a great help choosing new frames and lenses. Definitely coming back!
There's a lot to love at 512 👁️. First of all, they're punctual. I arrived a few minutes early and my appointment got underway immediately. Second, everyone is charming and professional, including the doctors. Third, their technology is A-1. They took pictures of my retinas which precluded having my eyes dilated! Hooray!! Fourth, they sent me home wearing my new contacts, at no extra charge. I highly recommend 512 👁️. I'm thrilled to have found such an amazing eye doctor.
As someone with autism I have a really hard time speaking up for myself as well as the fast pace of eye exams. I’m not sure if it’s because I dress comfortably due to sensory issues or my headphones that I’m not taken seriously or treated with respect. Was quoted $60 and told the dr would let me know if she would bill me for anything more, after giving me two eye prescriptions? And just saying I needed two pairs in general she gave me a prescription to “maybe” not have to fill I was charged almost $300. Then I was expected to haggle at the end to get my price down. I’m not sure how this dr works but it’s not friendly for people like me which is unfortunate because the front staff was friendly and helpful and the miscommunication was with the dr not staff
512 Eye is always quick, professional and informative. They’re easy to get ahold of and are experts in their field. Would highly recommend!
I had a great experience getting my first pair of glasses. My eye exam was quick and efficient. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Devon, one of the staff members, spent time assisting me pick out the right style of glasses.
