Come at my appointment time.. I’m sitting in the waiting room 15 minutes passed my appointment time and the whole time I just hear so much yapping in the exam room. I just want my eye exam done so I can go about my day, why do I have to wait for you to be done talking to your patients about random stuff!
Ordered contacts from Walmart and they refused to give me trials and I couldn’t see for days. Went to a different Walmart and a different practitioner and they were glad to help. The people working here don’t want to help at all, even if Walmart coordinated our information with them. I was given one trial in most Walmarts but this one has people who don’t care what so ever.
This was by far the best eye exam experience I've ever had. I was greeted upon arrival and the check in process was nice and easy. Very little paperwork to process and I only waited 5 minutes before being seen by the doctor for my eye exam. The doctor and the staff all had contagious positive energy and were professional at the same time. It only cost me $202 for an eye exam that included a contacts and glasses prescription. I strongly recommend Capital Eye Care. Thank you, I will be back again!
I went in last week due to an eye infection, I was unable to get my appointment with my primary eye doctor so I made an appointment here. Great phone and in person customer service. The two girls up front and the Doctor were both very attentive and caring with my situation. Highly recommend, thank you so much for the excellent service!
I couldn’t be more pleased with my experiences with Capital Eye Care. Dr Gaspairini Is very generous with her time and explains things in terms that are understandable. I would highly recommend this business to anyone interested in quality eyecare!
