B Vo Vision

My first experience with this amazing staff & doctor! Dr. Vo is friendly, took her time, and provided the best eye exam experience I've ever had. Her staff is very professional and helpful, taking time to address all my questions. My new glasses were perfect and reasonably priced. So glad to have found B Vo Vision! Highly recommend.

Went with my partner, initial visit was fine. The prescription wasnt quite right, when we returned the titular doctor was incredibly dismissive and rude. Insinuating she couldn't have made a mistake while simultaneously dismissing any alternative issues my partner proposed might be the root of the problem. We got a second opinion from Dr.Collin Tubs at Texas State Optical (incredible-highly recommended well worth the drive from Austin to Kyle). Not only did he update the prescription but he also was able to identify an alternative issue and helped in addressing it! It became obvious after this second opinion that B Vo vision spends more money on their lobby and not on their customers. B Vo still relies on dialation and other antiquated procedures that cause pain and are no longer common practices. Don't waste your time, keep it movin'.

Dr. Vo is awesome. She is personable and great at her job!! Her staff are very pleasant and better than most medical staff. My only complaint is they held onto $175, that they overcharged me for a year. Most offices would mail their patients a check or at minimum called them.

After being a patient of Dr Vo’s since 2008 along with three additional members of my family. I was told that I had a no-show fee from 2016 for a follow up contact lens exam. Refuse to speak to Schedule another appointment for me or waive the $50 fee, but would rather lose a long-term patient and entire family. I was never aware or informed of a no show fee. And for them to go back more than 10 years with one of the no-shows was an insult. I will take my business to someone that can appreciate me and my family.

I had a fine experience in the past with glasses, but trying to get contacts was a mess. I booked the appt specifically requesting contacts. At the end of the appt, they said it was too late and we didn't have time for a contact fitting. If it was too late in the day they shouldn't have booked that time. The office manager called to schedule a fitting at a time that would be more convenient. After I had taken the contacts in and out though, I was told that I would have to come back for a separate visit to see the doctor. THE DOCTOR WAS AVAILABLE THAT DAY! She walked past twice, but the tech said I needed another appt on a different day. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS SCHEDULING and none of that was explained when I made the initial or even the 2nd appt. I live on the other side of town and wanted to avoid switching doctors, but truly regret this experience.
