Great experience with Dr. Kayla Kindla and team. Super attentive, knowledgeable and flexible. They were able to squeeze me in between appointments to check in contact performance. I finally have the right prescription for my perimenopause eyes😉
I was able to get an appointment very quickly. Dr. Tubbs super nice, was very thorough and answered all my questions. I liked that they don't sell glasses (they do next door), so I wasn't pressured to buy glasses with them. I will be back.
Best eye exam!!! I appreciated DR. TUBBS being super detailed and taking the time to hear my vision concerns. He made a plan to get me to my best vision experience. Im excited for the outcome! Would definitely recommend this Dr.!
Joseph in customer service (not at the branch) was a lifesaver! I had the runarounds with a rep where I order my contacts saying they don't accept my insurance but in fact they do. Leaving out of town for almost a month and Joseph was able to provide me samples to hold me over. His professionalism, courteousness, and listening skills is off the charts! Very pleased with him and hopefully he receives high recognition for his outstanding service. Thank you Sir
