I had a great experience with my eye doctor and their entire staff. From the moment I walked in, everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. The staff took the time to answer my questions, made me feel comfortable throughout the visit, and ensured I was well taken care of every step of the way. The doctor was thorough, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly. What really stood out was how affordable the services were without sacrificing quality of care. It’s not always easy to find a practice that combines excellent service, great staff, and reasonable pricing, but this office does exactly that. I came into get an eye exam and some new glasses. Every single part of the experience was great! Last week there was a traffic accident between me and the office so the lady on the phone waived the cancellation fee for me and quickly rescheduled me. Today I was able to make it on time and all the folks who helped me were quick, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly, I felt very welcome. Dr. Azadi was quick with the examination and felt very exact in his assessment. I had some issues deciding between a couple of glasses as the office was closing but Yareli patiently helped us decide. Would recommend anyone visit Freedom Eye Care!

This was my first visit to Freedom EyeCare and I have to say will not be my last. From the moment I walked in the building I felt a sense of calm come over me as I looked around the room and then engaged with the front office staff. I took a seat after check in and observed the staff finding them highly skilled and efficient working together like a well oiled machine. I then took stock of the frame selections and how well displayed and carefully selected for options. I was soon called back by Jeffrey who was not only knowledgeable and professional but most pleasant. He did the pre-testing with such ease and then escorted me to a room where I would then meet with Dr Azadi. Dr Azadi was so pleasant, positive, caring and informative. Dr Azadi spent a considerable amount of time explaining my test results and then options as if I was his only patient for the day. He left me without any unanswered questions. At that point a member of the office staff entered the room to escort me to the front desk where they explained their system will automatically send me a reminder next year. Such kind people. I truly appreciate the experience and the care I received.
