Appreciate the thoroughness of all staff; I never wait long to be called in to begin my appointment. Dr. Jonna and staff do not rush patients through the appointment. Dr. Jonna explains any problems and makes referrals if/when necessary

I have been under the care of Dr. Saradha Chexal, my retina specialist, since October 2024, when I was diagnosed with a macular pucker. Dr. Chexal carefully evaluated my condition and thoroughly explained the macular pucker to me. She answered all my questions and helped me understand the surgery she recommended, which made me feel confident and calm before the operation. Dr. Chexal successfully performed the surgery on my eye in November 2024. From the initial diagnosis, surgery, to my current follow-up appointments, I have had an excellent experience, and I am grateful to report that my vision has significantly improved since then. Her follow-up care has been very professional and helpful. I also had a positive experience at the Retina Consultants' office, where the staff were consistently friendly. I highly recommend all of Doctor Chexal's assistants for their support and assistance. I strongly endorse Dr. Chexal for her expertise, clear communication, and excellent patient care. She is a skilled surgeon and doctor.
The doctor was very nice, professional and thorough. I will strongly recommend RCA to my family, co workers and friends. Excellent customer service from the moment you arrive at the location. I was treated at the William Cannon location.
