Wonderful customer service. They have a great selection of glasses to choose from. I was given the opportunity to look around on my own. If I had questions they were there to answer them. After I had chosen the frame that I liked, then the different lenses, shading, and all the possibilities were explained to me. Such a wonderful experience, no pressure to purchase anyone particular suggestion. It was nice to not feel pressured. Their pricing is fair and my glasses were ready before the time specified. I would recommend them to anyone.

Sulicia at A&A Optical went above and beyond to help me get glasses for my friend who is on hospice. She was very kind and knowledgeable. The frames she suggested are perfect for someone who has tremors from Parkinson's. I would highly recommend!

We have been using A and A Optical for a few years and they have always been very helpful in choosing our frames. They are quick in getting our glasses made. The ladies there are all sweet and kind!!!

A lady I’ve seen at this office before acted so rude and disrespectful to an employee at the Tmobile down the road. I believe her name was Michelle and the only reason I know that is because the girl at the Tmobile store was getting everyone checked in and was verifying everyone names, including me. Michelle, I want your place of employment to know you are a terrible human being for the way you treated the young lady at the Tmobile. She explained to you that they already had rude customers saying they were skipped over because of others wanting the cups today and you just kept being disrespectful about being on lunch and having to wait your turn. What has the world come to. How about you just don’t go on your lunch break since it’s such an inconvenience to you having to wait your turn! It’s a shame you work in a customer facing place and that’s how you act towards other people like that. AA Optical, hope you all know the type of person she truly is.
