Great service and a nice selection of glasses. However, their listed hours are inaccurate. I once waited in the waiting room for nearly an hour but had to leave because I had work before they even opened. Another time, I waited about 15 minutes, left to run some errands, and came back around noon—that's when they finally opened. It's very frustrating and misleading for clients. I was there again just a few minutes ago and saw at least six people leave because they couldn't keep waiting. Updating the business hours would save customers a lot of time and prevent unnecessary frustration.

I can’t say enough good things about this place! They took the time with me to figure out why my progressives weren’t working and it was the shape of my glasses. They are very helpful and didn’t rush me and also have the best prices on cute frames and lenses that I have found in bk and Manhattan. Highly recommend!! Also the eye doc above the office is great as well.

I agree with Noreen B, "the front desk lady, Sabiana has an attitude, very cold, disrespectful." When they fill the customer's prescriptions wrong multiple times and they don't want to deal with the customer any more they block the customer's number and the call does not go through. This business is very unprofessional, make your life easier and take your business somewhere else... There are countless optical places that will receive each customer with respect. I will add, on the hand the gentleman, Ismael try to be helpful and professional in spite of his coworker's demeanor

I have been getting glasses from there for a few years now but the customer service has changed tremendously. The "front desk" lady had an attitude, very cold, disrespectful and talks between her teeth, loud enough for the next person to hear. This is a pediatrics eye dr, these kind of people shouldn't be here. The guy that used to there was much more professional. I guess it's time to find another optical.
