This optician's shop has a wide variety of frames. Although the space isn't very large, it's very well organized. I also visited the branch in Carolina, and they have friendly and attentive staff!
The place is good; they have a variety of frames at good prices. My initial visit was great! However, when I went to pick up my glasses, the employee who helped me, surnamed González Padilla, needs to be more tactful.
Well, it's super easy to get to. They have parking and a ramp for people with disabilities 👍. The receptionist was excellent; I arrived at 10 am and they wouldn't let me sit down, so Yaritza helped me. I arrived with my prescription and they took care of everything. They asked me questions and had me try on the frames with the prescription, which was done by another one of the girls. I'm already on my third employee and have an additional machine that I forgot to take pictures of because I was so happy. They also have a play area for children ✨️💯. Here they have all the prices starting at $54 for frames. I went to Plaza Las America's and they estimated it with a 40% discount, $395.95. Here at Abbot Optical, it's $217.00 without medical insurance for my frames and the prescription I brought. They'll be ready in 2 or 3 weeks, and in the meantime, I'm using my old glasses. I paid half with ATH, which was $109, and I'll pay the rest when I pick them up. They treat you with so much kindness and love; they clearly enjoy what they do. The service is excellent. The doctor gives a thorough evaluation and provides good guidance. The glasses were ready in exactly 3 weeks.
The service is spectacular. What surprised me most is that the frames, both for glasses and spectacles, are high quality and super affordable. They have something for all tastes and ages. Love my Costa! 😉
