Today I went around 2 pm to buy something for my glasses, but I saw so many different frames that I went to try some on. I picked them up very carefully, and the gentleman who was helping another customer yelled at me so rudely that I couldn't touch the frames because he had already cleaned them and would have to clean them again. He even made me put the frame I had touched on a table so he could clean it again. Very bad attitude from that employee, whom I couldn't even identify.

The worst service and attention you can receive at an optical shop in all of Puerto Rico. Not even a "Good morning," despite there being four employees working today, Monday, May 8th. And the worst part is, I'm a customer... If this is how they treat you, imagine how they treat you when you file a complaint. Blessings.
