They don't have doctors for the optician and they don't know how to answer customer service calls about the same issue or prices.

Excellent customer service. Due to social distancing, customers wait in chairs at the front of the vision center, and entry to the area is regulated. I commend Walmart and the vision center staff for respecting these measures. So far, the glasses, warranties, and wait times have met my expectations, and sometimes they even arrive two days early.

My experience with the doctor was very good, but with the employee who helped us, it was very bad. She needs charisma, friendliness, and everything else involved in customer service.

Dr. Cordero Maldonado's service was excellent, and the optician staff, from Norma to Máximo and Marcos, helped me find glasses that fit my budget.
