I had an amazing experience at the LensCrafters Mayagüez store! While the store is beautiful, spotless, and very well organized, what truly stood out was Bryan’s exceptional customer service and professionalism. From the moment we walked in, he made us feel warmly welcomed and completely comfortable. Bryan went above and beyond throughout our visit. He greeted us with a friendly attitude, answered all of my questions and concerns, and took the time to explain everything in detail. His patience, attentiveness, knowledge, and genuine kindness made the entire experience easy and stress-free. Bryan’s professionalism and care were outstanding. I truly appreciate the time he took to ensure I understood all my options without ever feeling rushed. His dedication to providing excellent service made a lasting impression. Excellent service—10/10! I highly recommend the LensCrafters Mayagüez store, especially because of Bryan’s exceptional customer service, and I will definitely be returning for my future eyewear needs.

Samuel was absolutely outstanding! I walked in with broken glasses, and he had them fixed in no time. Samuel was friendly, professional, and genuinely went above and beyond to help. It’s rare to find service this fast and efficient these days. I left with my glasses looking as good as new. Highly recommend LensCrafters to anyone looking for exceptional customer service and expert care. Thank you! Ciaran

I went to LensCrafters to get my boyfriend’s bent glasses adjusted and Richard Morales took care of it right away. The service was quick and the glasses look great again 🙌🏻
