I went to this retailer recommended by a coworker. He was absolutely right. Excellent customer service. All personnel is very professional and knowledgeable of their business. Friendly people like these ladies make you feel appreciated. A+ store. Will definitely recommend to others and will come back.

The exam was good, the rest of the process was a nightmare. It has taken a month to get the prescription finished. They never got the test pair of contacts correctly. The other LensCrafters in the same mall never had issues. Don't really know how it can be so different. Definitely do not recommend this particular store.

I wanted to start out by saying and big thank you to NILSA and ANGELICA. The most nicest and helpful staff at this location. I went for vacation to Puerto Rico but I unfortunately lost my contacts BOTH OF THEM in the pool. My trip was ruined due to me not being able to see. I arrived to this lens crafter store to advise to them my situation and not being able to see and having trouble to board the flight and finding a way to going back home. I showed them my Rx and the face they made was like "oh yeah, Its a strong Rx" . I asked if possible to purchase a box or even a trial pair just to get to the airport just to get through the day. She came put with a pair and I almost went into tears of joy. thank you to these two ladies for helping me and saving my day for my safety and sake of getting home. I would like to have this review be seen by a higher management as they deserve something very special and big.
