I went to buy frames for my mom (something I've done before without a record), but the doctor or employee refused to help us. When we asked for a tray to put the glasses on, she told us they close at 7 pm and don't sell to anyone without a record… This optician's shop kicks you out at 6:30 pm. If I could give it zero stars, I would. Thanks, Dr. Janet, for the terrible service.

I've been waiting for a pair of glasses for over a month. On October 21, 2022, I was told over the phone that the glasses were available for pickup. Surprise, surprise, that wasn't true. I'm still waiting.
