Walmart Vision Center

A disaster. I arrived at 8:15 AM today. I assumed they started exams early since the store was open from 8:00. I took number 4 and was told the optometrist would start at 10:00 AM. The optometrist arrived at 10:25 AM. Then he locked himself in his office and didn't call the first patient until 10:45 AM. By 11:30 AM, he still hadn't finished with the first one. I got up and left. A total lack of respect for patients. A total disregard for people's time, and therefore, for people in general. Perhaps one has no choice but to tolerate this with a surgeon, a cardiologist, or similar specialists, but not with an optometrist. Walmart Vision in Cayey is a place I will never return to. Reading other people's reviews, I see there's a serious problem with this business. I wonder what Walmart management will do to improve.

They're open until 6 pm, but by 3 pm they don't want to do eye exams.

I went, they only take 10 people, and if you go early, they won't take anyone else. They lack customer service, but I don't recommend it. For the service to be optimal, they're supposed to find you an alternative. I don't want to know. The work seems to be just going through the motions; you have to have love for your work and good customer service.

I absolutely do not recommend this place. Every time I went, there was no space. And that's despite arriving early, as they told me. They had no desire to help or find a solution for the customer. They were quite hostile towards me. Terrible customer service. They should replace the staff.
