COME HERE FIRST!! From start to finish, the entire experience was kind, warm, and welcoming. They made both my daughter and i feel completely at ease, which means so much as a parent. The only thing I wish is that they had a Scottsdale location!!
After being referred by the pediatrician ABC Specialist called within a day of referral and had us in the office rather quickly. Staff was kind and competent. Andrew Abela MD was kind & personable , and made us as parents feel seen and heard about our concerns. He definitely made us feel at ease 😌 ✨️ great office, staff & provider. 10/10
Dr. Silik is the best!! Our kids count down the days for their next eye exam because she’s made it such a fun, positive environment. She remembers small details that make my kids feel like she truly knows them, cares about them, and reminds them they’re awesome. Wouldn’t go anywhere else! The staff is all very helpful and happy as well.
No complaints about the staff in the back nor the Dr. at the Union hills location. All very friendly and professional. However, the reason I'm giving them one star is the wait times and the front desk can be a little more professional. I arrived at 1:20 for a 1:30 appointment and didn't see a doctor until 2:52pm. We did do the initial exam before this but there is definitely some over bookings happening as it was super crowded and hot in the waiting room. My toddler wanted to leave as soon as his first exam was over so that added to my frustration.
Been coming to the location at 35th Ave amd Union Hills for several years. Some days its quieter than other days and less wait time. They do their best without rushing patients and families out the door
