Everyone was super nice and helpful. Dr Ruta was amazing, he was patient and kind, and he made sure I understood each test. He verbally walked me through each test, it eased my anxiety a ton! It wasn’t the standard “This one or that one, blurry or not blurry.” It was very refreshing. Priscilla helped me pick out the perfect pair for me. She was very kind and explained everything to me so thoroughly. It was a great experience.

I had such a great experience at Nationwide Vision! Priscilla went above and beyond to help me get scheduled for a same-day walk-in appointment, which made everything so much easier for my busy day. She was incredibly kind and thoughtful—she even gave my small children crayons and activities to keep them entertained while we waited, which I truly appreciated. Priscilla also took the time to help me find an affordable pair of eyeglasses without making me feel rushed or pressured. The doctor was wonderful, and the entire staff was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful from start to finish. I would like the staff who help my daughter and as well my Son on 4/3/2026 10:30 Appointment. They where all great i moved to scottsdale, but because of wonderful customers experience 😊 I don't mind the drive for Appointments.

Came here today for my daughter's eye exam and new glasses. The staff was amazing from the front desk all the way to purchasing glasses. Very amazed by the friendly staff and just all around great experience. Will be back for my daughter's second pair of glasses.
