I am extremely happy that I picked LensCrafters over any other.store! From the time I walked in the door to the time that I left, I was treated with with kindness and professionalism. This day and age, that’s very important (at least to me it is). Dr Singer was just great and Austin was amazing! He genuinely wanted to help me and was Just the nicest guy! I’m so thankful for the fantastic experience.

He is the best optometrist I have ever seen! Yeah, I said he. lol Threw me for a loop too!! I didn’t ask him about it. It didn’t matter, he has a strong grounded masculine presence, with just the right amount of feminine calmness. Perfect for dialing in a person’s prescription, so they can finally see themselves clearly. I highly recommend. 😇

Amazing experience from start to finish! Every person I interacted with from the front desk to the assistant to the doctor was kind, upbeat and professional. The whole process was incredibly smooth and stress free. It’s refreshing to see a team that clearly enjoys what they do. 5 out of 5 stars!

The eye doctor that did my exam was very nice as was all the associates in this Lenscrafters location. I selected the item I wanted, the lens' type( workstation) did not work for me, they changed the lens out to reading and all was fine. I appreciate the fast and flexible service this location provided.

Probably one of the most thorough exams I’ve had in a few years. Due to insurance I had to change to a different company and they never seemed to get my prescription correct. This exam was fast and easy. I’m excited to pick up my new glasses!
