This appointment was far beyond, far beyond any appointment I’ve ever experienced. The facility was fantastic. The students were above my expectations. The staff that supported the students are the best I’ve ever seen. I will be promoting your staff, students and faculties to everyone I know. 5 star rating isn’t high enough. Your people are such a pleasure to be around. Please don’t stop this excellent professionalism. Can’t wait until my next appointment.

Jessalyn, a 3rd year student was very pleasant and efficient! I had been here 2 other times so I knew what to expect but she was very knowledgeable about the next step for cataract surgery. The doctor also was pleasant and explained more about the procedure. The whole staff is professional and so pleasant! You get the best exam ever here at Midwestern! I have stars behind my eye!!!

Dr. Wendy Huang and the resident doctor who saw us to evaluate the ocular HSV-1 that our 4 1/2 year old daughter has were wonderful. They were attentive and the took the time to listen to our concerns and did a great job explaining the long term prognosis to us. Dr. Huang even took the time to follow up with me personally via phone which I really appreciated. I would highly recommend them for any eye needs that you might have, whether they are routine or advanced. We look forward to continuing our relationship with Dr. Huang and her staff.

LOVE THIS PLACE. Everyone is super nice and makes you feel comfortable and informed. Sometimes there can be a rather lengthy wait time but I think that's because of how long each appointment can take and the fact that it's much cheaper than going to a regular eye doctor. I've been the last 2 years and got the exam plus my glasses free because I was on ahcccs so I qualified for the grant. You have to wait about 2-3 weeks for your glasses to come back but they call you and let you know. I bring my entire family here. I can't imagine going anywhere else.

It was a great visit. We've been working on getting a contact lens with a great fit and today I'm going home with 2 different pair to try. They are good at communications and they're good at listening so if you have any issues you'll certainly get them answered. They take their time and make certain that you understand everything. Being students they have the very latest technology at their hands. I am very satisfied with my eye appointments with Midwestern University and highly recommend them. In addition: they have the best eyeglass frame selection I've seen in a long time.
